The apps regular features include news and image content from the various section of GMANews Online: News, Sports, Money, SciTech, Showbiz, Lifestyle, and Opinion. Get alerts and notifications on your device when a breaking news story is published. It also showcases videos from GMA and GMA News TV. Aside from this, you will also be able to listen to DZBB am radio streaming 24 hours a day.
Experience optimum browsing and get all the information you need at the palm of your hands. The action bar lets you go directly to your preferred section and manage customization settings. Customize your GMA News app by choosing your favorite sections and the number of articles that will be displayed.
When an Internet connection is detected, news stories, photos, and videos are automatically updated with the latest content. You can then browse the news at your leisure. For easier reading, you can adjust the font of the text to a size that suits you. A link on each article gives you the option to view it on the GMA News Online mobile site. When browsing offline, the application loads the most recently downloaded news content.

Nice updates on eleksyon 2016. Good lay out/ programming on on the news.
For the most part the information is accurate. Updates are pretty quick. However some info like political parties for individual that is running are not accurate. An example is that on Vice President all of them are listed as Liberal candidate.
Im a Fil-Can based in Ontario but with business concerns in the Philippines. I depend on GMA News for the latest news from the Phils. I really appreciates getting notifications on breaking news on my phone. Thank you GMA. Your like family.

News is not updated as fast as other local news organizations. Sometimes, app does not respond very well. In the aftermath of the elections, the results area did not respond very well.
It is a good app to know what is happening in the Philippines but, you will see that there are a great number of typographical errors in the articles. Ive been using this app for quite a while now and one thing is for certain. You would see at least 1 typographical error in everyone of their articles.

i like the app but do you really need to pop ads everytime?havent you had enough of revenue sa tv ads nyo?isnt it to greedy?
This apps has an icon radio on the right button of iPhone screen where we can listen from their Radio station DZBB. However the audio keeps on turning OFF after a few minutes of listening. We r using iPhone 4,4s,5s,iPad mini updated to IOS 9.3.5
